Report a charge

Report a charge you made on your own Stripe account.

What the charge covered: your tolls (the externalId from GET /tolls), violations (their id) and your own fees. bookingId sets the renter and the car. Sending the same chargeId again replaces its items. Items that match none of your tolls or violations are kept and listed in warnings — they never fail the call.
